The Place Beyond the Pines

An all star cast fronted by Ryan Gosling, Bradley Cooper and Eva Mendes offered the opportunity to take this arthouse film to a broader mass audience. Our campaign reflected a premium feel, building a number of weeks in advance to generate both anticipation and awareness. Our campaign launched with key TV spots in a range of relevant programming and continuing the premium strategy across the cover-sites of all key national press weekend supplements. With key partner Guardian we ran a cross platform with premium press positions, online and mobile. Online also used to address film fans across IMDB and TimeOut, as well as broadening our targeting using Mail Online.. We delivered further impact across the Underground with 12 Sheets and premium digital LCDs across key zone 1 stations. The Place Beyond The Pines went on to gross over £3.4m at the box office.
