A Hijacking is the story of the crew of a Danish cargo ship hijacked by Somali pirates who proceed to engage in escalating negotiations with authorities in Copenhagen. With strong imagery associated with the release we focused on getting this out to the target audience through London Underground, specialist film press, national press and digital. In order to further engage with the audience in the key areas of Soho and Shoreditch we distributed cling stickers with the simple imagery and release date to tease and engage. A Hijacking went on to gross over £149k at the box office.
