ROB WILKERSON

Rob Wilkerson is CEO of Target Media Group, the UK’s leading media agency for the entertainment industries offering media strategy, planning and buying services across all media to a wide range of clients across film, home entertainment, games, music, theatre/live arts, and entertainment retail. Rob was a founder member of Target Media in 1990 and previously held various roles at The Guardian Media Group and Capital Radio plc.

Rob has a long standing association with the UK film industry and Target Media’s client base in film includes Momentum Pictures, Icon Film Distribution, Optimum Releasing, Verve, Vertigo, Metrodome, Revolver amongst many others. Since 2005, the company has tripled in size to over £70m turnover as well as launching two new and highly successful divisions, Target Live and Organic Marketing.

LUCY BARCLAY

Lucy Barclay, Client Services Director, has been with Target Media for over 20 years and on the Board for the last five years, and has watched the company double their billings over the last 3 years. Lucy has unrivalled experience working on key entertainment clients such as Icon Films, Vertigo Films, Verve Pictures, The Works, Acorn Media, ITV DVD.

Lucy is responsible for the best practice in the agency, to ensure all the account teams consistently deliver to Target’s high standard of client servicing.

LOUISE GAYNOR

Board Director, Louise has 15 years experience in the computer games industry, and 8 years specifically in media for computer games. Louise brings with her hands on planning and buying of more than 500 games releases. No one can match her invaluable combination of experience in both computer games and media.

Beyond the games business, Louise is involved in other entertainment brands such as Manga DVD, Anchor Bay Film & DVD, Ben Sherman & Mind Candy.

CHRIS WATTS

Board Director. Chris has sixteen years experience working in entertainments advertising, the last nine of which have been at Target Media.

He brings with him hands-on experience in working on over 500 theatrical releases and more than 600 home ents releases for key independent distributors including Momentum Pictures, Optimum Releasing, Film Four Distribution, Artificial Eye, 4DVD, Revolver, Metrodome and Tartan Video.

CATHY MCPHERSON

Business Development Director, Cathy has over 25 years experience working for The top 5 independents in the UK. She was a founding partner in All Response Media, part of the HAVAS group and has immeasurable experience in building new business income streams for media agencies.

Cathy is responsible for developing all new client relationships, and ensuring new business is matched by the best team, and settled into the agency as seamlessly as possible. Cathy’s ROI skills also add another dimension to the agency.

ADAM HOPKINSON

Trading Director. Adam has been in the media business for thirteen years now. Ten of these have been at Target Media.

Adam runs the media business for the online retail client, Play.com and in addition, working across all Target Media Group clients, is responsible for driving value and making sure that we are buying media at the best possible price.

SUE WICKERSON

Sue is a chartered accountant, with extensive financial and commercial experience. Sue has been acting as Finance Director to Target Media and it’s subsidiaries since 2005 and took over as Group FD from the 1st November 2007. She also owns an accountancy services Company and acts as an NED to Aim listed Companies.

Sue is responsible for all aspects of finance within the Group and is also acting Head of Human Resources.
